The Principal, Paul Vogelsberger, Paul holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tasmania. He also holds a broker’s licence from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ). He has had prior training in real estate sales with Remax and L.J Hooker, both well known real estate franchises and has had many years of real estate business experience..

Prior to this, Paul was licensed as a Real Estate Agent with the Hawaii Real Estate Institute. He also owned a successful publishing and marketing company in the Hawaiian Islands.

His background allows him to create some interesting Joint Venture projects for absentee owners.

Recently he has undertaken the largest single residential beachfront development with resort facilities in Pango. Know as the Nasama Resort this development is currenty selling of the plan and construction is well underway. With 48 studiso and 26 two bedroom apartments the project will take 11/2 year to complete, but will be opened up in stages.

The first stage will open in April 2010.
